Deaf WinterFest 2022 Postment Announcement News

DWF Postponed to 2023

Thanks for getting this matter to our attention- USDSSA board will check the bylaws and governance documents to make sure virtual elections are not prohibited. If the bylaws require in-person meetings/elections, the board will review and study the state law in which they are incorporated. The goal is to amend its bylaws to allow virtual elections and run an efficient and legally compliant meeting.

There will be a board meeting, and the plan will include this matter during the early part of January 2022.

In the meantime, we strongly encourage anyone who wishes to participate in signing up for membership.

Happy Holidays!
