RESORT FEE
CoralTree Residence Collection Snowmass properties with the exception of the Villas at Snowmass Club charge a 6% Resort Fee, non-commissionable and taxable at 13.05%.
The Villas at Snowmass Club charges a 15% Resort Fee, non-commissionable and taxable at 13.05%.
DEPARTURE CLEANING FEE
CoralTree Residence Collection Colorado charges a Departure Cleaning Fee for all new bookings at our condo properties including Top of the Village, Tamarack, Aspenwood, Lichenhearth, Terracehouse, Capitol Peak, Willows, and Villas at Snowmass Club for reservations December 19 to March 31. This fee covers the cleaning of the residence following each guest stay and is taxable at 13.05%. Please note that this mandatory fee is in addition to our current property resort fee.

WINTER DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY - LODGING
10% non-refundable lodging deposit due upon booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
If reservations are cancelled 31 days or more prior to arrival date an initial deposit will be charged. If reservations are cancelled 30 days or closer to arrival, the charges are nonrefundable.
Please Note: Individuals are responsible for all nights reserved. No refund or credit will be given for unused days resulting from late arrivals or early departures.
