Call for U.S. Ski, Snowboard, and Nordic Athletes to Join Team USA in Innsbruck, Austria
The U.S. Deaf Ski and Snowboard Association (USDSSA) is excited to announce that the 2027 Winter Deaflympics will take place January 15–24, 2027, in the iconic alpine city of Innsbruck, Austria. Organized by the International Committee of Sports for the Deaf (ICSD), the Games will bring together elite Deaf and hard of hearing athletes from around the world to compete in a full slate of winter sports. As winter approaches, one name that continues to inspire in the Deaf snowboarding community is Lauren Weibert.
