USDSSA Lifetime Membership

1. Refund Eligibility

• New Members: Members are eligible for a full refund of their membership dues if they cancel their membership within fourteen (14) days of their initial sign-up date. 

• Prorated Refunds: For members who cancel after the initial fourteen-day period, a prorated refund may be available for any unused portion of their membership term, provided they have not violated the terms of service. 
• Non-Refundable Fees: All initiation, administrative, or processing fees are non-refundable and are considered final upon payment.

• Cancellation Request: To request a refund or cancellation, members must submit a written request by emailing membership@yourorganization.org. 

• Required Information: The email must include the member's full name, member ID number, and a clear subject line stating "Cancellation Request". 
• Confirmation: We will process the request within seven (7) business days and send a confirmation email to the member. 

• Refund Issuance: Accepted refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the membership fees. 

• Bank Processing: Please allow three to five (3-5) business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.

• No Refunds for Violations: Refunds will not be issued if the member has violated the terms of service or has been found to be engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior. 

• No Cash Refunds for Digital Services: For digital services with no physical product involved, refunds will only be credited to the original payment method.
